Thank you Greenwood community! At today's General Meeting, we were able to approve over $50,000 in grant requests from Greenwood's teachers and staff!
We are so grateful to the parents, teachers, and community members, including our many sponsors for this year's live auction, who helped make our 2022 PTCO Grant Cycle a huge success.
In addition to earmarking TA funding for next year and the year after, the PTCO was able to award grants to our wonderful teachers and staff that included, among many other things:
A new sound system for the auditorium/gym

A new 3D Printer and Glowforge Laser Cutter for STEAM
A beautiful new mobile storage folio cabinet and new instruments and equipment for Music
New display options and stools for Art
Items for the 5th Grade reading nook
Funds for a fabulous children's book author to visit our school and provide programing for all of our grades
New and additional options of alternative seating for our students
New mobile bookcases for our lower level classrooms
New gym equipment, including new scooters, dodge balls and an Omnikin Ball
Playaways for all the books that will be included in next year's Battle of the Books.
